At Sensible Driver Multicart is an emporium of top quality products from different vendors, an order you make with the site may contain items from many different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one sub-orders each of which will be delivered by the respective vendors separately.

Why do I receive my order in many parts?
An order you make with Sensible Driver Multicart may contain items from more than one vendor, and these sub-orders are separately handled by each vendor. That is the reason you get your items delivered in parts.

What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?
The Vendors with Sensible Driver Multicart take utmost care in packaging and shipping the items ordered by you. In the very unlikely event that your order reach you in a bad/damaged condition, you can inform Sensible Driver (see terms and conditions) and get authorization to send the item back.

How much time will it take to ship my items?
In normal cases, your items should reach you by no more than 1 week from the date of your order.

Can I purchase without registering?
No. You need to first register with the site and login to be able to shop with the site. However, you can browse and compare items even without logging in.

Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?
You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.
