Return Policy

All returned items must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs. We do not accept returns on used items. Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle and vice versa. We can not refund for items damaged in transit to us. Shipping costs are none refundable. To return a product, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of the product. Sensible Shopper will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will Sensible Shopper reimburse for any damages incurred during installation of product.

Exchanges

We are sorry, but we are not able to offer exchanges. All additional purchases or corrections must be handled through separate transactions.

 
Refunds
Used product will not receive any refund. We can not refund for items damaged in transit to us. Refund items returned must be in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Once Sensible Shopper receives returned product and determines it to be defective you should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks. We do not refund for items wrongly ordered or for wrong make, model or year selected. We will credit the amount of the items to your credit card that was used to purchase, shipping is no refundable. Refund Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Sensible Shopper is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box.

15% Restocking Fee
Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged restocking fee. All electronic products are subject to restocking fee and will be inspection before a credit is issued.
